We collect personal data only when you actively provide it through our enquiry or contact forms. This includes:
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a tailored programme proposal. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate our site. These tools collect anonymised data about page views, session duration, and interaction patterns. No personal information is linked to this data. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie preferences button on our site.
Enquiry and contact form submissions are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud servers within the European Economic Area. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity data is processed on servers outside the EEA, subject to standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at bonjour@atelierterridis.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our programmes are designed for young people aged 9–16, but our website and forms are directed at parents, educators, and institutions — not directly at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental or guardian consent.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated by email where we hold your contact details.
